Windshield is a glazed panel on your Mazda and forms part of the structural shell as well as the weather seal. Genuine Mazda part number gbvg63900b.
Glass fails by chipping, cracking or delaminating at the edge, and once a crack reaches the edge it will not stop growing with temperature cycling. Glazing is body-style and option specific — check for rain sensors, heated zones, acoustic laminate and antennae in the glass.
Allow the adhesive to cure before driving; most specifications call for an overnight set.
Windshields Windshield replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
