Option-specific: a screen for a car with a rain sensor has a different aperture in the laminate, and heated screens carry their own connector.
Windscreens are option-led: rain sensors, acoustic laminate, heated zones, head-up display apertures and camera brackets all change the part number even on the same model year. A windscreen for a car without a sensor will not accept a sensor afterwards. Installation is a urethane-bond job with a specific drive-away time, and the surrounding cowl clips should be renewed while the screen is out.
