Windshield Washer Pump Grommet is a glazed panel on your Volvo and forms part of the structural shell as well as the weather seal. Genuine Volvo part number 30784330.
Glass fails by chipping, cracking or delaminating at the edge, and once a crack reaches the edge it will not stop growing with temperature cycling. Glazing is body-style and option specific — check for rain sensors, heated zones, acoustic laminate and antennae in the glass.
Check the surrounding trim and clips at the same time, as they are usually renewed with the glass.
