Windshield Molding sits on the Volvo body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Volvo part number 31335864.
UV exposure dulls the original finish and the mounting channel cracks, which is why a trim strip that is still attached can look sun-bleached and pitted. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
Supplied ready to fit; the original clips are usually brittle and should be renewed at the same time.
Moldings Windshield Molding replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
