Upper Hinge is part of the door assembly on your Kia and carries load every time the door is opened, closed or locked. Genuine Kia part number 79310-3F000.
Broken returns springs, stretched cables and worn pivots show up as a handle with no resistance or a door that needs a slam. Fits 2004-2009 Kia Amanti as listed. Front and rear doors use different part numbers even when the handle or hinge looks identical.
Access is from inside the door, so removing the trim panel is part of the job — order new panel clips if the originals are brittle.
Door Hinges Upper Hinge replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
