Tailgate Hinge is part of the door assembly on your Kia and carries load every time the door is opened, closed or locked. Genuine Kia part number 0K011 62240.
The mechanism wears before the panel does, so a door that drops, sticks or will not latch usually needs this part rather than a new shell. Fits 1999-2001 Kia Sportage as listed. Trim level affects whether the door carries a sensor, a soft-close or a keyless aerial, so confirm the original part number first.
Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
Door Hinges Tailgate Hinge replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
