Quarter Panel forms the wheel-arch structure on the Kia, protecting the tyre cavity from road spray and debris. Genuine Kia part number 71602-Q5010.
These panels take stone chips and road spray directly, so corrosion usually starts at the arch lip or behind the liner long before it shows on the outer face. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
Seam sealer and cavity wax are required along the inner joints after fitting to keep corrosion out.
Quarter Panels Quarter Panel replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
