Hood is a hood-area component on the Kia that keeps the hood aligned, closed or supported. Genuine Kia part number 66400-CV000.
Hoods take stone chips and heat cycling, so corrosion starts at the leading edge and around the latch long before it is visible from outside. Hoods are body-style and model-year specific; a facelift usually changes the panel shape.
Panels ship in a raw or primed finish and need paint before installation.
Hoods Hood replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
