Hood is part of the hood assembly on your Kia, either the panel itself or the hardware that holds and latches it. Genuine Kia part number 66400-2F010.
A hood that will not stay up or will not release is a safety item, not just a convenience one. Hoods are body-style and model-year specific; a facelift usually changes the panel shape.
Align the panel at the hinges and the latch before paint so the gaps are set on bare metal.
Hoods Hood replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
