Hood Insulation Pad – Mazda (c51356681)

Hood Insulation Pad sits at the front of the Mazda and is directly exposed to stone strikes, heat cycling and weather. Genuine Mazda part number c51356681.

Hoods take stone chips and heat cycling, so corrosion starts at the leading edge and around the latch long before it is visible from outside. Check whether the original has hood-vent cut-outs, insulation mounts or a scoop provision.

Apply cavity wax inside the hood frame after fitting to slow corrosion.
