Hood Hinge is part of the hood assembly on your Volvo, either the panel itself or the hardware that holds and latches it. Genuine Volvo part number 31352878.
A hood that will not stay up or will not release is a safety item, not just a convenience one. Hoods are body-style and model-year specific; a facelift usually changes the panel shape.
Align the panel at the hinges and the latch before paint so the gaps are set on bare metal.
