Hood Hinge is a hood-area component on the Mazda that keeps the hood aligned, closed or supported. Genuine Mazda part number KBB3-52-420.
Hoods take stone chips and heat cycling, so corrosion starts at the leading edge and around the latch long before it is visible from outside. Hoods are body-style and model-year specific; a facelift usually changes the panel shape.
Align the panel at the hinges and the latch before paint so the gaps are set on bare metal.
Hood Hinges Hood Hinge replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
