Headliner sits in the roof of the Volvo and is one of the parts that suffers first from water ingress. Genuine Volvo part number 32401084.
Sunroof drains block and the water finds the headliner, so a stained headliner usually points at a drain or seal rather than the roof panel itself. Sunroof parts are generation-specific; confirm the glass or mechanism type before ordering.
Sunroof mechanisms should be re-initialised after fitting so the one-touch and anti-pinch functions work.
Headliners Headliner replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
