Body-style specific, and often option specific where the car has a sunroof aperture.
Headliner adhesive fails at the perimeter first, so sagging starts at the edges and spreads inward — a stained or drooping headliner usually points at a blocked sunroof drain or a failed door seal rather than at the lining itself. Body-style specific, and on cars with a sunroof the aperture is cut at the factory, not in the field.
