Headliner sits in the roof of the Volvo and is one of the parts that suffers first from water ingress. Genuine Volvo part number 31672408.
Sunroof drains block and the water finds the headliner, so a stained headliner usually points at a drain or seal rather than the roof panel itself. Confirm the body style: a wagon or convertible roof shares almost nothing with the sedan.
Check the drain tubes are clear before closing the roof up again.
Headliners Headliner replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
