Back Glass closes an opening in the Kia body and, on modern cars, contributes to the stiffness of the shell. Genuine Kia part number 87111-D4010.
The bonded seal is what keeps water out; a seal that has lifted shows up as damp carpets or wind noise rather than a visible leak. Confirm whether the glass is fixed or movable; the two use different bonding and different channels.
Allow the adhesive to cure before driving; most specifications call for an overnight set.
