Windshield Pillar Trim is the cabin-side trim on the Kia that you actually touch every time you get in and out. Genuine Kia part number 85820-CV000WK.
Sun exposure through the glass makes the plastic brittle and shrinks the vinyl, which is why the top edge lifts and the clip towers crack. Check whether the door has a speaker grille, a memory seat switch or a puddle lamp, as each option changes the panel.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
Interior Trim Windshield Pillar Trim replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
