Window Motor – Driver’s Side (LH) is fitted to the Volvo door structure and is one of the parts that fails first once the door has been used for a few years. Genuine Volvo part number 30699645. This listing is for the left-hand (driver side on US models) part.
Water ingress past a failed seal corrodes the internal linkage, which is why the symptom appears suddenly after a wet season. Front and rear doors use different part numbers even when the handle or hinge looks identical.
