Valance Panel is a body fitting on the Volvo that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Volvo part number 32227004.
Once the fitting fails the surrounding parts work loose and start to chafe, so replacing the small part early prevents damage to the panel it holds. Confirm the model and year range on the listing; the same fitting is often used across several models but not across every year.
Order the surrounding clips at the same time, since the originals generally break when the panel is removed.
Panels & Extensions Valance Panel replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
