Valance is the outer skin of the Kia bumper assembly — the first panel to take parking-lot contact, road debris and curb impacts. Genuine Kia part number 86591-D5200.
Because it is moulded from a flexible thermoplastic, this part dents and splits rather than rusting — which means most replacements are cosmetic rather than structural. Match the cover to trim level and sensor provisions — a cover for a car without park-assist has no cut-outs for the sensors and will not accept them.
Ships unpainted — plan for paint and blending into the adjacent panels.
Bumper Fascia Valance replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
