Upper Quarter Trim Clip is the cabin-side trim on the Mazda that you actually touch every time you get in and out. Genuine Mazda part number kb7w68ad2.
Sun exposure through the glass makes the plastic brittle and shrinks the vinyl, which is why the top edge lifts and the clip towers crack. Confirm the body style: a wagon quarter trim shares nothing with the sedan.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
Interior Trim Upper Quarter Trim Clip replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
