Upper Molding sits on the Kia body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Kia part number 877F2-P2000.
UV exposure dulls the original finish and the mounting channel cracks, which is why a trim strip that is still attached can look sun-bleached and pitted. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
Supplied ready to fit; the original clips are usually brittle and should be renewed at the same time.
Moldings Upper Molding replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
