Upper Hinge is fitted to the Kia door structure and is one of the parts that fails first once the door has been used for a few years. Genuine Kia part number 79320-2B020.
The mechanism wears before the panel does, so a door that drops, sticks or will not latch usually needs this part rather than a new shell. Front and rear doors use different part numbers even when the handle or hinge looks identical.
Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
Door Hinges Upper Hinge replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
