Spoiler is the deflector or spoiler fitted to the Nissan, either for airflow or to protect the paint behind it. Genuine Nissan part number 96030-89S0B.
The mounting tape or clips fail with heat cycling, so a deflector that was solid last summer can be flapping this year. Check whether the original is a bolt-on or tape-on type; the panel preparation is different.
Supplied in a raw or textured finish; painted versions need colour-matching.
