Spoiler is the deflector or spoiler fitted to the Mazda, either for airflow or to protect the paint behind it. Genuine Mazda part number eg2151960f88.
Deflectors take the stone chips so the paint behind them does not, and once cracked they let water sit against the panel. Check whether the original is a bolt-on or tape-on type; the panel preparation is different.
Check clearance to the hood or tailgate through the full range of motion before final tightening.
