Splash Shield is the body panel that frames the wheel arch on your Volvo and closes the gap between the door, hood and bumper. Genuine Volvo part number 32276315.
Impact damage from a wheel strike or a minor collision distorts the panel and breaks the liner mounts, which then lets water into the cavity. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
