Splash Shield is the panel around the Kia wheel opening that carries the arch line and shields the inner structure. Genuine Kia part number 51755-M7000.
Impact damage from a wheel strike or a minor collision distorts the panel and breaks the liner mounts, which then lets water into the cavity. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
Supplied in a raw or primed finish and must be painted before installation.
Wheelhouse & Liners Splash Shield replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
