Splash Shield – Driver’s Side (LH) is the panel around the Mazda wheel opening that carries the arch line and shields the inner structure. Genuine Mazda part number L206-33-271D. This listing is for the left-hand (driver side on US models) part.
These panels take stone chips and road spray directly, so corrosion usually starts at the arch lip or behind the liner long before it shows on the outer face. Model year facelifts often change the arch profile even where the door and hood are unchanged.
