Side Molding sits on the Kia body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Kia part number 87120-J5000.
Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Fits 2018-2023 Kia Stinger as listed. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
