Rocker Panel sits on the Nissan body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Nissan part number G6410-9FVAA.
The clips fatigue and the adhesive-backed tape lifts at the ends, so the strip works loose and starts to flap at speed. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
