Rocker Panel sits on the Nissan body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Nissan part number 76719-1EA0A.
Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Trim is side-specific — a left-hand strip will not fit the right-hand side of the same car. Confirm the side before ordering.
If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
