Rocker Molding is the exterior trim strip on the Kia that carries the character line and shields the paint underneath from impact. Genuine Kia part number 87751-M7000.
Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Fits 2020-2024 Kia Forte as listed. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.
