Release Handle is part of the door assembly on your Kia and carries load every time the door is opened, closed or locked. Genuine Kia part number 0K53B-69510GE.

Broken returns springs, stretched cables and worn pivots show up as a handle with no resistance or a door that needs a slam. Door hardware is handed — left and right are different parts. Check the side marked on the listing against the door you are repairing.

Check the door alignment after fitting, as a worn part often masks a hinge that also needs adjustment.
