Radiator Support Splash Shield forms the wheel-arch structure on the Volvo, protecting the tyre cavity from road spray and debris. Genuine Volvo part number 31497612.
Because the arch traps mud and salt, a panel that looks sound can be structurally thin behind the lip. Panels are handed and body-style specific; confirm the side and whether the car is a sedan, coupe or wagon.
Trial-fit the panel before paint so any adjustment at the door gap is done on bare metal.
Wheelhouse & Liners Radiator Support Splash Shield replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
