Pillar Trim runs along the body side of your Volvo, protecting the door and quarter panels from trolley dings and closing the gap between panels. Genuine Volvo part number 3519647.

UV exposure dulls the original finish and the mounting channel cracks, which is why a trim strip that is still attached can look sun-bleached and pitted. Check whether the original is a chrome, black or primed insert; the mounting channel is shared but the insert finish is not.

If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
