Outside Mirror Assembly, Left forms part of the exterior mirror on the Nissan and either carries the glass or houses the mirror mechanism. Genuine Nissan part number 96302-9PF2A.
Heated glass delaminates and the mirror motor strips its gears, so a mirror that will not adjust or will not clear usually needs this part rather than the whole assembly. Check the connector pin count on the listing against the original before ordering.
Test the adjustment and fold functions before refitting the door trim.
