Molding – Kia (86623-1G820)

Molding runs along the body side of your Kia, protecting the door and quarter panels from trolley dings and closing the gap between panels. Genuine Kia part number 86623-1G820.

Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Check whether the original is a chrome, black or primed insert; the mounting channel is shared but the insert finish is not.

If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
