MOLDING JOINT runs along the body side of your Mazda, protecting the door and quarter panels from trolley dings and closing the gap between panels. Genuine Mazda part number B455-50-616.
Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Fits 1990-1994 Mazda Protege as listed. Trim is side-specific — a left-hand strip will not fit the right-hand side of the same car. Confirm the side before ordering.
Supplied ready to fit; the original clips are usually brittle and should be renewed at the same time.
