Molding Clip is a body fitting on the Volvo that the exterior panels and trim depend on to stay located. Genuine Volvo part number 987173.
Original fittings become brittle with age and heat cycles, which is why a clip that held for ten years snaps the first time it is disturbed. Check quantity on the listing: some fittings are sold individually and a full panel needs several.
Order the surrounding clips at the same time, since the originals generally break when the panel is removed.
Clips & Fasteners Molding Clip replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
