Mirror Housing forms part of the exterior mirror on the Volvo and either carries the glass or houses the mirror mechanism. Genuine Volvo part number 31424839.
Heated glass delaminates and the mirror motor strips its gears, so a mirror that will not adjust or will not clear usually needs this part rather than the whole assembly. Check the connector pin count on the listing against the original before ordering.
Test the adjustment and fold functions before refitting the door trim.
