Mirror Cover forms part of the exterior mirror on the Mazda and either carries the glass or houses the mirror mechanism. Genuine Mazda part number tk48691n1a6d.
The mirror folds on a spring detent that wears out, which shows up as a housing that will not stay folded or will not lock back into place. Mirrors are handed and often model-year specific; confirm the side and whether the car has power-fold, heating or a camera.
Housing parts ship in a raw or textured black finish; painted covers need colour-matching.
