Mirror Assembly is the side mirror component on your Volvo, providing the rearward view the driver depends on for lane changes. Genuine Volvo part number 8679794.
The mirror folds on a spring detent that wears out, which shows up as a housing that will not stay folded or will not lock back into place. A mirror with a turn-signal repeater has a different wiring connector from a plain one, even though the housing looks the same.
Housing parts ship in a raw or textured black finish; painted covers need colour-matching.
Mirror Assemblies Mirror Assembly replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
