Lower Pillar Trim – Mazda (d44l6859yc02)

Lower Pillar Trim sits on the Mazda body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Mazda part number d44l6859yc02.

The clips fatigue and the adhesive-backed tape lifts at the ends, so the strip works loose and starts to flap at speed. Check whether the original is a chrome, black or primed insert; the mounting channel is shared but the insert finish is not.

Supplied ready to fit; the original clips are usually brittle and should be renewed at the same time.
