Lower Molding – Kia (87136-3F000)

Lower Molding sits on the Kia body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Kia part number 87136-3F000.

Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Fits 2004-2009 Kia Amanti as listed. Check whether the original is a chrome, black or primed insert; the mounting channel is shared but the insert finish is not.

If your original used double-sided tape, clean the panel with a wax remover before fitting the new strip.
