Lower Molding – Kia (87131 A7000)

Lower Molding sits on the Kia body side as a sacrificial rub strip and as the visual break between door and quarter panel. Genuine Kia part number 87131 A7000.

Once the retaining clips break the moulding will not sit flush, and water trapped behind it starts the corrosion cycle on the panel edge. Fits 2014-2018 Kia Forte as listed. Length and clip spacing differ between sedan, hatch and wagon bodies even where the model name is the same.

Pre-fit the strip dry before removing the adhesive backing so the end gaps line up.
