Interior Rear View Mirror is an interior cabin panel on the Mazda that covers the door frame and carries the switchgear, speaker or handle. Genuine Mazda part number le4369220d.
Sun exposure through the glass makes the plastic brittle and shrinks the vinyl, which is why the top edge lifts and the clip towers crack. Fits 2004-2006 Mazda MPV as listed. Confirm the body style: a wagon quarter trim shares nothing with the sedan.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
Interior Trim Interior Rear View Mirror replacement for Mazda. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
