Interior Quarter Panel Trim Panel Access Cover is the cabin-side trim on the Mazda that you actually touch every time you get in and out. Genuine Mazda part number na5j684g2a02.
Water from a failed door seal or sunroof drain finds the back of the panel first, so staining or a soft backing often points at a leak rather than the trim. Check whether the door has a speaker grille, a memory seat switch or a puddle lamp, as each option changes the panel.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
