Interior Door Handle is an interior cabin panel on the Volvo that covers the door frame and carries the switchgear, speaker or handle. Genuine Volvo part number 31699916.
Sun exposure through the glass makes the plastic brittle and shrinks the vinyl, which is why the top edge lifts and the clip towers crack. Trim panels are handed and trim-level specific — a panel for a car with a manual window has no switch cut-out.
Work the clips in from the top edge downward and check the window seal before final seating.
