Instrument Panel Molding is the cabin-side trim on the Volvo that you actually touch every time you get in and out. Genuine Volvo part number 32234499.
Sun exposure through the glass makes the plastic brittle and shrinks the vinyl, which is why the top edge lifts and the clip towers crack. Trim panels are handed and trim-level specific — a panel for a car with a manual window has no switch cut-out.
Order the panel clips with the trim — the originals almost always break on removal.
Door Trim Panels Instrument Panel Molding replacement for Volvo. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
