Inner Quarter Panel is the panel around the Kia wheel opening that carries the arch line and shields the inner structure. Genuine Kia part number 71602-G5500.
Impact damage from a wheel strike or a minor collision distorts the panel and breaks the liner mounts, which then lets water into the cavity. Panels are handed and body-style specific; confirm the side and whether the car is a sedan, coupe or wagon.
Trial-fit the panel before paint so any adjustment at the door gap is done on bare metal.
Quarter Panels Inner Quarter Panel replacement for Kia. Cross-check the part number against the component you are removing before ordering.
